Peter Midgley

Osteopath

BSc (Hons) Ost.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Peter provides expert osteopathic care rooted in a deep family tradition. The practice was originally established in 1961 by David Midgley and has operated from its current location for 54 years, becoming a cornerstone of local healthcare.

While highly skilled in all aspects of structural osteopathy,Peter has a particular affinity for treating the elderly. His approach combines time-honoured techniques with decades of personal insight to help patients maintain mobility, manage chronic pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Osteopathy is more than just a profession for Peter; it’s a family calling. He stepped into a legacy started by his father back in 1961, and today, he continues to treat patients in the same location the practice has called home for over five decades.

Having practiced for more than 30 years, Peter specialises in structural osteopathy with a gentle, patient-centred focus. He is especially passionate about supporting the older generation, helping them navigate the aches and pains of aging with dignity and effective, hands-on care.
